At Welfare Clean Ltd, we are proud to be known as the railway cleaners.
Our story began when I first worked as a subcontractor on major Network Rail projects, gaining hands-on experience cleaning welfare cabins, depots, and railway offices. When Network Rail introduced budget cuts, I was one of the contractors affected. Instead of stepping away, I set up Welfare Clean Ltd — cutting out the middleman and coming back as a directly approved Network Rail iSupplier.
Today, we provide specialist welfare cabin cleaning services across the UK, including:

Are your cleaners certified?
At Welfare Clean, our experienced cleaners are fully trained and certified to work safely in railway and construction environments. We are COSHH trained for the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and Sharps trained to manage hazardous waste such as needles responsibly.
This ensures every welfare cabin, toilet block, drying room or site facility is cleaned to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and reliability - giving contractors and site mangers peace of mind and minimising downtime.

Absolutely! At Welfare Clean, we understand that cleaning emergencies don't always happen during the working day. That’s why we provide priority emergency call outs during working hours, with out-of-hours cleaning available by arrangement.
